At a time when non-profit organizations and private individuals are scrambling to find funding for a variety of important programs, grant writing classes are especially helpful and could make the difference between suffering through a frustrating search for funds and benefiting from a strong financial situation. Topics include: defining the purpose and identifying the need for grants, understanding a needs assessment, identifying grant resources and finding the right grant for your purposes. The layout and format of a proper grant proposal will be emphasized.
