Move for the “Health” of it! I’m worth it! 5K run and 1-mile fun walk
Inaugural event hosted by SETHC, Minority Health Fair and Donna’s D.I.V.A.s
Chattanooga, TN: The inaugural Move for the “Health” of it! I’m worth it! 5K Run and 1-mile fun walk is July 26, 2014 at 8 a.m. This event, presented by the Southeast Tennessee Health Consortium, Minority Health Fair and Donna’s D.I.V.A.s, takes place along the scenic Tennessee Riverpark.
Proceeds from the event will benefit the Southeast Tennessee Health Consortium. The Southeast Tennessee Health Consortium (SETHC) serves as the 501C-3 for community events focusing on health/wellness, youth leadership development/education and other events to improve the quality of life for all residents of the communities and act as a catalyst for community development for the Chattanooga neighborhoods.
Major FREE community events under the SETHC umbrella include:
•Annual Hamilton County Minority Health Fair
•Annual Boys Leadership Summit
•Annual Power to End Stroke Educational Symposium (in partnership with Erlanger and American Heart Association)
•Move for the “Health” of it! 5K Run/Walk – set for July 26, 2014
Race awards will be presented at 9:30 a.m. to the overall male and female winners.
