The newly created Sgt. Tim Chapin Memorial Scholarship Fund benefits all children of active FOP members who show excellence in academics and community service. The concert will feature Roger Alan Wade, Bud Lightning, Uncle Lightnin', and Amber Fults and the Ambivalent Lovers. All ticket proceeds go wards the Scholarship Fund.
