Pet Placement Center's 2nd Annual Fundraiser to support the dogs and cats in their care until they find permanent homes. PPC is the oldest no-kill shelter in Chattanooga supported only by donations and fundraisers. We will be having heavy hors d'oeuves, wine pairings, beer, silent auction and door prizes!
